2020 IDGOP Internship Program
The Idaho Republican Party is currently seeking interns for the Fall semester to assist at State Party Headquarters in Downtown Boise. Working with the Idaho Republican Party is a great opportunity for students to become engaged in Idaho politics and see up-close the role the Party plays in Idaho politics. In addition, interns will have an opportunity to gain experience with special event planning, public relations, and campaign support for local, state and federal candidates and Party organizations. Interning with the Idaho GOP will provide students with a well- rounded political experience and networking opportunities. All majors are encouraged to apply. Intern responsibilities will be tailored to intern interests.
Internships are unpaid positions; however, students may receive college credit for their work, if permitted by their college.
How to Apply
Applications are now being accepted for the Fall 2020 semester. Ideal candidates will be available to begin late August or early September and continue until semester end, but start and end times may be negotiated.
