Biography & Background

I was born and raised in Caldwell and have resided in Gem County for 9 years with my wife and son. We moved to Gem County because we fell in love with the community and knew that we wanted to raise a family here. In early 2020 my wife and I started a small design business that creates customized products. I have been very active in the Idaho Republican Party for many years as well as serving my community on several boards, including the Idaho Military Museum and the Gem County Rod and Gun Club. I have also served in administrative roles, one of which is Legislative District 8 Chairman. Having lived in Idaho my entire life, I feel that I would be a great representative for District 14. I hold very strong conservative values in all aspects of my life. I believe that government should be limited and freedom is choice with responsibility.

I currently work for a locally owned and operated Boise company. I believe that hard work and dedication is needed to be successful no matter what the industry is and I will continue to show that dedication to the people of Idaho if elected.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors. Taking in all of what Idaho has to offer makes me appreciate the way of life we take for granted everyday. It is time to have conservative leadership returning to the Idaho House of Representatives.

Top 3 Issues:

1. Education in the state of Idaho is number one on my priority list. We need to have sensible education options for parents. We need to encourage without restraint the engagement of families in the educational process. This takes respecting the first teacher that a child will have and that is their parents.
2. Medical choice is the existential right that you as a human should have. There should be no government or private entity forcing you as an Idaho and American citizen to get any procedure, this include vaccines, against your will. I will stand for personal choice, while taking responsibility, when it comes to medical decisions.
3. Common Sense Statesmanship must be restored to the Idaho Legislature. We as Idahoans must be able to work with each other, regardless of differences, to do the people’s work that we are elected to do. This does not include staunch, distasteful, and disrespectful rhetoric among our fellow Republicans. It takes a plan, an open mind and open ears to create solutions and not complain about problems.
