J. KIRK SULLIVAN
CHAIRMAN, IDAHO REPUBLICAN PARTY
Dr. J. Kirk Sullivan is a partner in Veritas Advisors, a philanthropic fundraising and political consulting firm. Kirk retired from the Boise Cascade Corporation in 1998 after 27 years with the company. He retired as Vice President of Governmental and Environmental affairs. Kirk also worked for the FMC Corporation for 13 years as an engineer, technical superintendent, and marketing manager.

Kirk has served with many organizations and boards and currently serves as the Ore-Ida Council Boy Scouts of America President, as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Public Employees Retirement System of Idaho, Board of Trustees for Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, and as a member of the Governor’s State Science and Technology Advisory Council.

Kirk is married to Elizabeth M. Sullivan, they have two children and three grandchildren.
Originally from South Carolina, Sullivan attended Clemson University where he earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in chemistry. Kirk also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Program for Senior Executives. During college he was a member of U.S. Army Reserves.

Andrew Fales, CPA is the managing partner and founder of Fales & Co., CPAs - a boutique accounting and tax firm specializing in start-ups, small businesses, real estate ventures and renewable energy projects.

Prior to starting Fales & Co., CPAs, Mr. Fales worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s mergers and acquisition (M&A) tax group in New York, NY. Mr. Fales’ experience includes developing tax-efficient acquisition and financing structures and providing M&A due diligence. Mr. Fales also worked for Ernst & Young in New York, NY and served as a congressional aide in Washington, D.C. In addition, Mr. Fales has worked as an adjunct accounting professor at a local community college.

Mr. Fales was recently reelected treasurer of the Idaho Republican Party and is also the treasurer of the Idaho Young Republican Federation and the Ada County Lincoln Day Association.

Mr. Fales earned a bachelor degree in Accounting (B.S.) from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in Taxation (MAcc-Tax), also from BYU. While at BYU, Mr. Fales was a three-year letterman as a linebacker on the BYU football team and was twice selected to the Mountain West Conference’s All-Academic team. Mr. Fales is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants.
